A client asked us to develop a customized application that would allow them to sell directly to businesses without intermediaries, overcoming the limitations of their canned solution, which lacked functionality and adaptability. They were looking for a flexible and efficient platform, tailored to their specific needs, to manage sales, optimize processes and improve the user experience, taking a key step to boost their business and expand their market reach.

The main challenge for our client was overcoming the limitations of their off-the-shelf application, which did not allow them to make direct sales to businesses without the involvement of a salesperson. This lack of flexibility hindered their ability to optimize processes and adapt to the specific needs of their business model.
To address this challenge, we developed a custom application for iOS and Android, designed from the ground up to empower the client in their commercial operations. The new app streamlines order management, enhances direct interaction with businesses, and offers an intuitive user experience, becoming a key tool to drive their sales efficiently and autonomously.
