Improving the booking experience
Lifestyle Holidays Hotels, a prestigious hotel complex in Puerto Plata, commissioned us to develop a proprietary booking engine to replace their third-party solution and improve their reservation management. We designed a customized platform that allows customers to make direct reservations quickly and easily, with options to choose rooms, packages and additional services. This system integrates seamlessly with their internal operations, giving them greater control, independence and an optimized user experience, marking a key step in their digital strategy.

Lifestyle Holidays Hotels faced the challenge of relying on a third-party booking engine, which limited their ability to personalize the reservation experience and efficiently manage their operations. They required a custom solution that could integrate with their internal systems, optimize booking processes, and provide complete control over their platform while handling a high volume of users and data efficiently.
We developed a custom booking engine using Laravel for the backend, Angular for the frontend, and MySQL as the database, implementing microservices to optimize performance and scalability. This solution allows Lifestyle Holidays Hotels to manage reservations directly and efficiently, providing a seamless experience for customers and greater control for the hotel. The system integrates perfectly with their internal operations, modernizing and transforming their business management.
